Established in 1985, PRP has grown from a small Leicester-based practice into a multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Leicester, Northampton and London.

We work across residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare and student accommodation, combining technical depth with practical, economical solutions.

Our journey

1985

Paul Reading and Partners was formed by Paul Reading and Jack Norris.

1989

Colin Lambert joined and opened an office in Huntingdon.

1995

The practice expanded into building surveying, CDM and contamination investigations.

1997

Project values and client relationships grew significantly.

The Leicester and Northampton teams moved into larger premises.
