Matthew joined PRP in January 2005 where he commenced a part time course to gain a building surveying degree from Birmingham City University.
Matthew became chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2013. Matthew has acted as planning supervisor and CDM co-ordinator on many projects as well as principal designer on various high profile residential developments in London. He also specialises in party wall surveying, acting on behalf of the building owner, adjoining owner or as agreed surveyor and is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club.
As a qualified asbestos surveyor he regularly carries out both management and refurbishment & demolition surveys.
