We regularly provide a full project management service including feasibility studies, budget costings and liaison with all statutory authorities including obtaining planning permission and Building Regulations approval as appropriate.
As part of this service we act as contract administrators producing contract documents, obtaining tenders and appointing a contractor. We manage the construction work including cost control, valuations and certification for payment, controlling progress and programme on site and settling the contractor’s final account.
We liaise with all members of professional teams to create co-ordinated designs by providing a thorough service throughout projects.
