PRP was appointed by the client to deliver a full range of civil and structural engineering design services for this expansive 93,000ft² development, which involved the construction of four new industrial units.
Our responsibilities encompassed the complete design of highways, drainage systems, and both substructure and superstructure elements, ensuring that all aspects of the site were engineered for long-term durability and performance.
In addition to the engineering design, PRP also fulfilled the role of Principal Designer, overseeing the project’s health and safety management from concept through to completion. Our comprehensive approach ensured that all regulatory requirements were met, while optimizing the functionality and resilience of the industrial units.
