Sandy Way, Tamworth is a 54,500 ft2 terrace of high specification industrial units for Tungsten Properties which was successfully completed in June 2022.

PRP provided full civil and structural engineering services, ground investigation works and the role of principal designer.

Prior to practical completion, the building was sold to an end user who retained PRP’s services for an extensive and complex fit out which included the installation of a large 1st floor office extension, laboratory and frozen storage facilities.
