PRP acted as principal designers for the demolition of the former caretakers house and the construction of a new early years nursery within the grounds of an operational school in Leicester.
The new building was modular, constructed off site and brought to site via abnormal sized vehicles and craned into position once the groundworks had been completed in the traditional way.
The site was severely restricted due to the school only having have one vehicular entrance for all staff, parents, visitors and construction traffic. To overcome these restrictions PRP provided a comprehensive construction traffic management plan and the project was completed on time with no health and safety incidents reported.
