This existing four storey office building was converted into 44 flats with one additional storey added.
PRP provided full civil and structural design including the design for the timber framed single storey extension and also the internal remodeling of the existing structures. The design for a new steel support structure was included in the structural design.
We also acted as principal designer, health & safety advisor and provided a traffic management plan and asbestos surveying services.
