Guildhall Walk is an existing grade II listed building and PRP worked closely with the client to covert this building from offices to 90 student apartments and ground floor retail units including adding two new floors.
This project consisted of a conversion and extension of an existing two storey historic building to form residential apartments. The extension works included the introduction of a new second floor.
The design of all civils and structures for 48 new build houses and refurbishment of an old listed property to form 90 plus new dwellings.
The project involved the conversion of a listed three/four storey plus basement building constructed c1891 from offices and retail premises into 90 student apartments.
