Guildhall Walk was an existing grade II listed building and PRP worked closely with the client to convert this building from offices to 90 student apartments and ground floor retail units, including adding two new floors.
This project consisted of the conversion and extension of an existing two storey historic building to form residential apartments. The extension works included the introduction of a new second floor.
We provided the design of all civils and structures for 48 new build houses and the refurbishment of an old listed property to form 98 new dwellings.
The project involved the conversion of a listed three/four-storey plus basement building, constructed circa 1891, from offices and retail premises into 90 student apartments.
